A: If you forget your password, please send us a written request to reset your password via email to "sales@siteriser.com". You must include your Account ID, Username, and Website URL in your request. A: To use your existing domain with your Site Riser site, you simply need to log into your domain registrar (i.e. godaddy.com) and update the Domain Name Server (DNS). Please redirect your DNS to point to:

Be sure to notify us that you are pointing your domain to our DNS by emailing "sales@siteriser.com". You must include your Account ID, Username, and Website URL in your request. We'll make the necessary changes on our server to receive your domain.

A: Our Site Editor is built on top of the industry leading Content Management System, WordPress™. You can access WordPress™ and modify your site by logging into Site Riser Commander.
A: You can add 3rd party content features to your Site Riser site by simply clicking on the HTML tab in your Site Editor. This allows you to easily expand the functionality of Site Riser by including data collection forms, widgets, YouTube videos, and more!
A: The WordPress™ application is displayed in English but you can use any language for the content of your pages.
A: You only receive one login to the Site Editor. You can share this login with any trusted individuals you'd like.
